In Indonesia a common name for hot sauce or chili sauce is Sambal. The word Pedas means hot and when you repeat a word it makes it plural thus Pedas Pedas means really hot. Pasti Enak translates into English as Truly Delicious.

Although in Indonesia Pedas Pedas is considered to be a very hot sauce by many westerners standards it is not overpoweringly spicy. A careful balance between sweet, savory, and heat has been made with this sauce that is truly delicious!

There are two versions of Sambal Wow.

Domestic Version - in order to accommodate our customers without home refrigeration we produce this version with preservatives.

Export Version - All natural product with no artificial flavorings, color or preservatives.
